This course at Thomas Dunn Learning Center is a fun way to incorporate some new recipes into your holiday celebrations while feeling good about feeding your family and friends healthy, delicious food. We’ll create three recipes each time with low-cost autumn and winter staples. And we’ll hear little-known scientific research about the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet.
