In collaboration with the YWCA, Thomas Dunn Learning Center is excited to be hosting a Witnessing Whiteness group. Since 2011, the YWCA has been sponsoring Witnessing Whiteness groups as part of its mission to eliminate racism. Witnessing Whiteness groups are white people coming together to do work around racism in a supportive, non-threatening setting. It is about learning to speak about race & racism, exploring white privilege, and doing your own internal work around racism. Witnessing Whiteness groups are designed for individuals who identify as white.

The Dutchtown Community Improvement District Marketing and Development Committee manages programs and services dedicated to informing and engaging consumers, stakeholders, and media in the continuing revitalization of Dutchtown and, specifically, the District.
