Part of the Gravois-Jefferson planning process is to document existing building conditions in the planning area.  Rise is providing training and seeking volunteers with the survey work.  The survey tool is fast and easy to use, and a fun way of meeting neighbors and working together to improve St. Louis neighborhoods!
