Shipping Policy

Our third-party service provider produces most of our products on-demand, usually within three days of your order being placed. After that they ship the product(s) directly to you with an estimated shipping time of 3–5 business days, which may vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Products that we ship directly will be shipped according to your chosen method at checkout within three business days after you place your order. We may also offer local delivery at our discretion. Please email us at info@dutchtownstl.org for more information.

We do not offer international shipping by default. However, if you do require international shipping please email us at info@dutchtownstl.org and we will work to accommodate your request.

Order never arrived?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address provided was incorrect and the product was not returned to us by the post office (i.e. whoever accidentally received the product decided to keep it), we are unfortunately unable to replace the product. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@dutchtownstl.org. Please include your order number. We will work with our third-party service provider to see what can be done.

Returns policy

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dutchtownstl.org. If possible, send photos of the damaged item. Please include your order number. We will work with our third-party service provider to remedy the situation.

Wrong Size or Item

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns of items that are not defective. If you believe the product’s size is mislabelled or the size chart is inaccurate, please email us at info@dutchtownstl.org and we will work with our third-party service provider to ensure you get the product you ordered. Likewise, if the product you received is not the product you ordered (i.e. incorrect style or design), please contact us as soon as possible so we can work it out with our service provider.

Most of our designs are printed on Bella + Canvas t-shirts which tend to run on the small side (much like American Apparel or other more modern-fit shirts). Please keep that in mind when ordering. We also offer size charts for our products.
