Intersect Arts Center is offering a free dance workshop for teens ages 13–17. The workshop focuses on jazz dance and is open to all skill and experience levels. After learning the basics, participants wile learn a choreography routine and then remix it to make it their own.

We’ll create three recipes each time with low-cost autumn and winter staples. And we’ll hear little-known scientific research about the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet.
