State your own message with a custom poster and wood frame you’ll make in this workshop at Perennial.
Marie Oberkirsch, Director of Central Print, will lead the class in a discussion and demonstration on letterpress printmaking, and class participants will use movable type to create their own custom text poster with oil-based inks. Then class participants will learn to use hand tools to create a contemporary wooden frame that attaches to the top and bottom of their poster, making it ready to hang in your home.
