February 1st is International Gruit Day, a celebration of hopless beers. Earthbound Beer is hosting a sahti festival to celebrate!
Sahti is a traditional Finnish beer where the wort is filtered through juniper branches to provide bitterness and aroma. Earthbound will have three sahtis and a gruit or two on draft. Plus the kitchen will be making the hottest Scandinavian dishes you can imagine, mostly in grilled cheese form.
