Come to Flow Yoga on Wednesday, May 2nd for the first Yoga and Salad Session. Wellness is about nourishing the body from the inside out. Leading a healthy lifestyle is something we need to be actively pursuing at all times. Healthy eating, staying active, working on self-love and creating space for ourselves are just a few pieces of overall wellness.

Start with an hour long all levels yoga flow class focused on setting positive and empowering intentions. After the yoga practice share in a healthy vegan salad and refreshments working towards building healthy pursuits towards wellness and creating community.
